The Nerdy Mom

Some day I’ll get it together.

GOALS

I’m rereading burn the fat and going to set some goals. Tony in that book says to create powerful goals that will want to motivate me. And put them in the affirmation format as if I had already acheived them.

Ultimate Long Term Goal:

I feel strong and confident that I now weight 125 lbs. I am so excited that I have proven to myself and to everyone that I can take charge of my life. I have great control over my body and the things I put into my mouth. I am proud of myself and happy now.

I am also glad that I can show my kids the new Mommy. I am giving them a great example that a person can and should take charge of their life and make things happen. I am showing them that exercising regularly is important and is so effective in improving the quality of your life.

I love going shopping to the malls now and knowing that I have a great variety of stylish clothing to choose from.  I love trying on clothes and seeing how well they fit on my body.

12 Months Goals

I have 45 lbs of my goal weight and I am in full steam to continue. I am feeling very strong as a Mom and a woman. I feel much yonger. I feel great now that the clothes are fitting me better and I’m excited to get dressed in the morning or go shopping for smaller size.

I feel like a new person since I have consistently kept up my eating and excersize regime for 12 months now and my body is showing the results. I’m very proud of myself with this accomplishments.

Three Months Goals

I am so excited that I have lost 12 lbs. I have done it by eating several small meals during the day and excercising regularly. Now, I know that I can do it and the results are showing it. My clothes are fitting better. My body is feeling stronger. But most important is that I have proven to myself that I can change my habits. That I can acquire new habits and stick to them.

Weekly Goals

I am so happy that I am consistently losing 1lb a week on the average. I am doing it by maintaining my excercise and food habits. Consistency is the key and week to week I am getting more and more consistent. I am doing 5 factor fitness 5 days a week. I am proud of myself that I’m keeping up with it despite the challenges that I face weekly.

Daily Goals

I am eating healthy. I have a big breakfast made up of mostly protein. During the day I have several small protein meals and I generally stop eating after 7 except a very light snack. I pay attention to my body and recognize when I am satisfied and no longer hungry. Every day is an affirmation that I CAN change my habits. Every day is a new notch on a successful day acheived in the new me.
